Angie’s Spa is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that currently funds three hospital programs bi-coastally, Northridge Hospital Medical Center in California, Hartford Hospital in Connecticut and Southampton Hospital in NY providing grants to fund FREE therapeutic massage services to men and women undergoing chemotherapy. These therapeutic massages are designed to alleviate painful side effects, provide relaxation to enhance traditional treatments, and give cancer patients a self-esteem boost. Angie’s Spa is an all volunteer organization that is funded entirely through private donations. 100% of donations go directly toward hospital programs.

" Thank you so much for the grant for wellness treatments for all cancer patients at Southampton Hospital. I had a 1/2 hour massage today with Loretta at The Wellness Institute of Southampton Hospital. I chose the massage for my first treatment as I am used to the body work and felt I needed a good flushing. What was also important was the art of professional touch of massage therapy. It was a much "kneaded" massage and it is so special that it is now offered for free to cancer patients who would not otherwise be able to afford it. I really feel so much better and have more energy than I did before the treatment. Thank you to those who gave this grant for this fabulous service for those who need it the most."
