Angie's Spa - Kathleen Barry Conner

I was able to get my dad, who is battling breast cancer, set-up for the free chair massages at M.D. Anderson on Mondays from Angie's Spa. I can't thank you enough. He's gone twice so far and it's made such a difference! He's had so much tightness from radiation therapy that the massages really help him loosen up and relax. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Kathleen is a cancer survivor. Educated at St. Lawrence University, Kathleen previously worked as a Job Developer for the Parks Opportunity Program through NYC Parks Department. She immediately joined up and is working full-time to making Angie's Spa a success. Kathleen thought that spa services for patients undergoing chemotherapy was the best idea.

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Kathleen is a cancer survivor. Educated at St. Lawrence University, Kathleen is currently a stay-at-home mom to her young daughter and works part-time from home in Admissions for Hospice Care Network in New York. Kathleen has been the President of Angie's Spa for the past 4 years. For Kathleen, Angie's Spa Cancer Foundation is an organization that helps to take care of the person, while the doctors and nurses take care of the patients.
